dear sir we the doctors from from far flung area i.e leh ladakh didn,t recieve form for PG EXAM 2008 from any bank and administrative office . sir, physically challenged candidates are not given their due in cet and B.Ed courses. BPPE is totally ignoring us. we are the most under previlleged class. national universities give us opportunities but here we get no chance because of no reservations. please help in this case/
