SSB Coaching Center is led by professional senior army officers who had served in the SSB and a Qualified Psychologist. The center was founded by Col. Jothilingam (retired) in 1992. Col. Jothilingam served in the Services Selection Board (SSB) and has screened and trained over 3400 candidates while in the army. He has also been trained at the Defense Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) and has been sent on temporary duty by Generals of the parent corps to train eligible service candidates in many parts of the country every year.
