Sir, in the second counselling on 01-08-08, verification made to fifteen candidates.I feel that there were fifteen vacant seats available at the time of counselling but only ten seats wre filled due to the intervention of management.If all the fifteen seats were filled I would have got the seat for the efforts made to attend with all the requirements.But when contaced with the management it was disclosed that only management seats with package of 32.00 lakhs are available.I feel regret for not considering the qualified studets and deprived their chance of becoming doctor to serve the poorest urban India. Is it appropriate to invoke RTI ACT.Please help me out of the situation. But, here the available seats are not declared vacant to convert the same for managemeat seats even though there were candidates available on the date of second counselling and verification also made. /
